Before your session
Please ensure you have complete privacy during your session. Sessions are conducted via secure video call. In the unlikely event of a technical issue on the day, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
If you do not attend within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time and have not made contact, the session will be considered cancelled. The session fee will not be refunded in this case.
After your session
You may feel tired or emotionally tender after a session. As a precaution, please avoid alcohol, driving, and intense exercise for 24 hours following your session. Staying hydrated is strongly encouraged.
confidentiality
All session content is strictly confidential. We will not disclose that you are a client, nor share any details of your sessions with anyone.
A brief record of each session — date and summary only — is kept for up to five years, after which all records are permanently destroyed.
Recording of sessions is permitted for your personal use only. Please request permission before recording.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible by email.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: the session fee will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session: the session fee will not be refunded.
If you do not contact us and do not attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered cancelled and the fee will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that Kaeko needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a full reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy
Payment is required in advance to secure your session. Once payment has been made and the session has taken place, fees are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us directly. We are committed to addressing any concerns and will do our best to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Privacy Policy
Personal information you provide — via the enquiry form, email, or at the time of booking — is used solely to communicate with you about the services you have requested. Your information is not retained beyond that purpose.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe may collect payment details and device information as part of the transaction process. For details, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
