As recognition deepens, we can recalibrate where needed and move forward with greater discernment.
This work is not about being told what to do.
It is about learning to see what is here.
Introductory Conversation

A first conversation to explore whether this work is a good fit.
We begin by looking at where you are, what brings you here, and what you hope may change.
Together, we identify a few patterns, explore what may be happening beneath the surface, and give you a direct experience of how Somatic Clarity works.
If you decide to continue, we discuss what ongoing work could look like.
No commitment is required.

Clarity session
90 minutes
A dedicated space for recognition and recalibration.
Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface of your current situation, challenge, transition, or question.
Rather than searching for the right answer, we work toward a clearer understanding of what is actually here.
As recognition deepens, patterns become more visible, assumptions can be examined, and new possibilities often emerge naturally.
Many people leave with a stronger sense of orientation, greater trust in their own discernment, and a clearer sense of what comes next.

Clarity Process
5 sessions
Designed for people navigating a meaningful period of change, transition, uncertainty, or growth.
Rather than focusing on a single question or challenge, the process creates space for ongoing recognition and recalibration over time.
Sessions are typically scheduled approximately once a month, allowing insight, experimentation, and real-life experience to inform the work between meetings.
The goal is not to arrive at a perfect answer.
The goal is to develop a clearer relationship with what is unfolding, and a stronger capacity to navigate it.

Before your session…
Orientation comes before direction.
There is nothing you need to perform.
There is nothing you need to figure out beforehand.
You do not need to arrive with clarity.
We begin wherever you are.
Time zone
When booking, please include your time zone and two or three preferred dates and times. All available slots are listed in Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).

Payment secures your session. Please complete payment at least 24 hours beforehand via the Stripe payment link sent on confirmation.
Your space
Find a quiet, private place where you won’t be interrupted. Headphones can help if you share a home. Allow yourself unhurried time after the session — do not schedule other commitments immediately afterwards.
