Kaeko Nakagawa

I have spent most of my adult life living between cultures.

After 23 years in the United Kingdom, I am now based in Tokyo, Japan. Over the course of my career, I have worked across education, creative, tourism, fashion, advertising, electronics, and nonprofit organisations.

Much of my work has involved connecting people, cultures, and perspectives. As an educator, interpreter, executive assistant, and coach, I have spent years observing how people think, learn, communicate, adapt, and create meaning in their lives.

Early in my career, I taught art for ten years. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in how people perceive the world, express themselves, and develop their own ways of understanding life.

Over time, this interest led me to explore somatic approaches, emotional awareness, and personal development more deeply. Through working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across different organizational settings, one question has remained constant:

What helps people and organizations come alive and thrive?

Somatic Clarity grew out of that question.

My work integrates embodied awareness, deep listening, dialogue, and pattern recognition developed through years of working across cultures and disciplines. I support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, gaining clarity, and moving forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

At its heart, Somatic Clarity is an exploration of human potential, self-leadership, and meaningful change.
