My work is grounded, body-aware, and responsive to what is present in the moment.
I do not follow a fixed method or formula. Sessions are shaped by what you bring — and what begins to emerge as we work together.

What informs the work


The work draws from:
Somatic awareness — noticing what is held in the body
Emotional pattern recognition — identifying what keeps repeating
Intuitive listening — responding to what is not yet said
Cross-cultural sensitivity — understanding the particular weight of living between worlds
Early in my practice I trained in Emotion Code® and Body Code® — structured approaches to emotional release. While those foundations remain, sessions today are guided more by intuitive listening and the specific needs of each person.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you are seeking clinical mental health support, please work with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist. This work is complementary to — not a replacement for — professional care.

What is ‘somatic’ work?

Somatic simply means relating to the body. Much of what we carry emotionally is also held physically — as tension, tightness, or a sense of heaviness that the mind alone cannot easily resolve. Somatic work means paying attention to those body-level signals alongside what you are thinking and saying.

Do sessions work online?

Yes. The vast majority of my clients have found online sessions to be just as effective — and often more comfortable — than in-person work. You are in your own space, which helps. Sessions are conducted via video call.

How often should I book?

For single sessions, most people find one session every two to four weeks allows enough time to integrate what arose. For the Clarity Process (5-session programme), we space sessions across 6–8 weeks by design.

How do I pay?

Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit card). A secure payment link is sent by email after your session is confirmed. No app or account required. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your session.
