Sessions with Kaeko
Sessions are available in English and Japanese.
All sessions are held remotely, via secure video call.
I work full-time, so availability is offered in limited slots — primarily evenings (JST) and occasional weekends. Once you book, I will confirm your slot and send a secure Stripe payment link.
Introductory Conversation
45 minutes
A low-pressure first conversation to experience the work and see if it is a good fit for you. No commitment required.
Fee: ¥9,000

Clarity session
90 minutes
A full session designed to create meaningful movement. We work with what is present — emotionally, somatically, and cognitively — until something shifts.
Fee: ¥22,000
International: USD $180
Clarity Process
5 sessions
For deeper transitions and longer-held patterns. Five sessions over 6–8 weeks, with a clear arc from where you are to where you want to be. Includes brief notes after each session.

Before your session…
A few things to know – Please read before we meet.
Time zone
When booking, please include your time zone and two or three preferred dates and times. All available slots are listed in Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).
payment in advance
Payment secures your session. Please complete payment at least 24 hours beforehand via the Stripe payment link sent on confirmation.
Your space
Find a quiet, private place where you won’t be interrupted. Headphones can help if you share a home. Allow yourself unhurried time after the session — do not schedule other commitments immediately afterwards.

Have a glass of water within reach. Staying hydrated during and after the session supports the process.
