Approach
My work is grounded, body-aware, and responsive to what is present in the moment.
I do not follow a fixed method or formula. Sessions are shaped by what you bring — and what begins to emerge as we work together.
What informs the work
The work draws from:
Somatic awareness — noticing what is held in the body
Emotional pattern recognition — identifying what keeps repeating
Intuitive listening — responding to what is not yet said
Cross-cultural sensitivity — understanding the particular weight of living between worlds
Early in my practice I trained in Emotion Code® and Body Code® — structured approaches to emotional release. While those foundations remain, sessions today are guided more by intuitive listening and the specific needs of each person.
